Our School Zone

Our school zone is available on the Find my School website which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.

Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined based on your permanent residential address.

Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and may enrol at another school, if there are available places.

Transition to Primary Education

Our Foundation Transition Program aims to provide your child with many opportunities to learn about our school and begin settling in. Our goal is to have students feel safe, happy and excited about starting their school life at Le Page Primary School. Teachers and students will build relationships in preparation for 2025.

To book please contact Brooke Sheppard on 9583 8342 or email le.page.ps@education.vic.gov.au

It is our hope that each child has a happy, positive and satisfying beginning to the great adventure of life at school. Our supportive and caring transition program focuses on building relationships between your child, teacher and family. Once enrolled we strongly recommend that your child attends each transition session.

During these transition sessions your child will participate in various learning experiences that will help the teachers determine home groups and learning spaces for 2025. These sessions will also provide opportunities for children to familiarise themselves with the Foundation learning spaces and playground

Transition sessions are held on Fridays, 10-11am, on the following dates in 2024:

Transition to Secondary Education

As part of the transition from Year 6 to Year 7, students in government secondary schools participate in an orientation day. All government schools hold this orientation day on the same day (often the second Tuesday of December). It may include a school tour, meeting fellow students and teachers, and taking part in special lessons and activities.
